I like the simple but effective backgrounds and the bright vibrant colors. I really enjoyed this.

better.

GOOD:

- intro music. it's very fitting if you're going for a sitcom feel.
- the font you used in the intro. what's it called?
- the walk cycle. i can see you're putting more effort into your cartoons.
- the colors
- i like dexter's hair, and dexter's walk cycle.
- the car drawing

BAD:

- too short
- the stretching of the car
- please don't do one-second blinks anymore. blinks should last no more than 2 or 3 frames.

OVERALL:

- it's good. i like the plotline, instead of man finds dog, it's dog finds man. clever. with more polished animation it can be very good. the walk cycle is a huge step up and you're improving in your animations.

the walk cycle is good but it needs more inbetweens and part of it was just a black silhouette
the storyboarding was a bit off and this could be better if it had dialogue.

the backgrounds were good but they shouldnt change every time willie takes a step

the only good part of this was the song.
it's better than your recent stuff, though.

your artwork has improved. there was one background i saw here that was very detailed and if you tried to make all of your backgrounds as detailed as that one background, you would have a more visually appealing cartoon.

the character designs are a little inconsistent. there is an easy remedy for this. draw one willie d, but make it perfect, and animate based on that perfect willie d you drew.

there wasn't really any animation in this. the drawings were nice, but they need frame-by-frame animation.

this didn't seem to make much sense, lastly. in the contest, you're required to make a commercial about why newgrounds is good. this seemed more like a slideshow than anything else.

it's your first flash of 2013!

one thing i would recommend fixing is the audio. i think you should just have one music track that plays through the entire flash. for future flashes, you should also put a preloader in the beginning. preloaders generally make your flash look more professional.

for text don't use "Comic Sans MS" - it looks a bit too silly to be taken seriously. Verdana or Impact is a better font.

the drawings at the end were good

The theme song is very nice and you did a good job choosing it. I would like to ask that I get an animation credit in the intro though, but not a co-author.

I agree that this is also my favorite pack of CFAC & Cow. Are you sure this was from December 2012 though? I thought it was from January but I could be wrong. Your handwriting even got better.

I just don't like that you even put an animation credit for yourself in the credits when all you did was the intro.

I guess it's strange for me to review this since I did the animation in this but whatever, I'll just critique the parts you did and the overall concept of this series.

BAD:

I will start by critiquing the intro. First of all, I dislike the way you zoomed in on each of those backgrounds. It was done very poorly because you're generally supposed to zoom out on these kinds of shots. The zoom-ins are very close to the point that they are uncomfortable and you can see the mistakes with the line quality.

Second of all, you don't have good handwriting. I can't really offer you any advice here except that if you have bad handwriting, you may want to use text. Also, the red 2012 shouldn't be over the sky and the grass. It should either be on the sky or on the grass, for coloring reasons.

Lastly, the up-and-down motion of the Cow Wagon looks too jittery. The antidote to this is to not have so much movement, even if it's a moving vehicle.

I can see you were trying to go with the whole "misspelled words" style of the series with "Okay letz juzt start already!" but that just looked awkward because you could still make out most of the words and "juzt" just sounds weird.

I noticed you slashed out "chicks" and wrote "groceries." I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were a Puritan.

GOOD:

The shot with Cow running and Chicken getting hit by a tree was very well done. Good job on that.

I like most of your additions to the parts I made. The sound effects made it 1000% better and your new animation additions make it better than it was before.

I see that you put all of the music credits in the side. Good job, but one thing - the Willie D Intro was removed by Willie D because it wasn't his and he was told that he should remove it before he loses any privileges.

I loved the Febreeze episode.

La Linea was good. Good echo effect on the real CFAC's voice.

In conclusion, no uncomfortable zooms, no colors that intrude on the viewer's aesthetic senses, no useless censoring and learn to respect your audience.

[White World]

This may not be very impressive from a technical standpoint, but the concept and premise is funny and this could be something really good if the visuals were better. The voice acting was pretty limited but I believe that's part of the humor.

Some of the frame-by-frame animation was a little bit choppy, but a good inbetween can definitely fix this.

Overall, I like the writing and you have potential. This could be something very good if the visuals were more aesthetically pleasing and you have a nice sense of humor.
